The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives residents of the state of California the right to prevent businesses from selling their personal information.
We take your privacy seriously and we do not sell your personal information. However, the CCPA is a new law and is constantly changing. In support of the CCPA and out of an abundance of caution, we respect Californians’ requests to opt-out of any sale of their personal information in the future.
To exercise this right, please send an email to dataprivacy@tmcos.com with “California Opt Out” in the subject line and provide your name, state of residence, and enough information so that we may identify your records (email address, phone number, address or other Personal Data you have provided to us). We will record your request and honor it accordingly. Only California residents may make this request at this time.
