Shipping Policy

Shipping may be restricted to addresses within the United States and Canada. Shipping and handling fees, along with applicable sales/use tax, will be added to all orders. Complimentary standard shipping is not valid for orders shipping internationally or to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

FedEx Shipping Options

  • FedEx Priority: Orders submitted after 12:00 P.M. will not ship until the next business day.

  • FedEx 2Day®: 3 business days

  • FedEx Standard Overnight®: 2 business days

Next Day or Second Day Service is not available for shipments to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories, and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed during inventory will not ship until inventory is completed.

International VAT & Duties

Duties and VAT will be charged for each qualifying purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Exchanges are for equal value only. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from TrishMcEvoy.com, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full merchandise refund in the original form of payment.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping charges are not refunded.

  • A return label is not provided in your order.

  • Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for free returns or merchandise exchanges.

  • Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

  • Returns must include any gift items received, or a deduction will apply:

    • $5 deduction if the gift value is $50 or less.

    • Full retail price deduction if the gift value is more than $50.

  • Only items purchased on TrishMcEvoy.com may be returned (store purchases are not accepted).

  • Refunds are not offered on replacement or reshipment orders.

  • Installment Payment Refunds: Refunds or partial refunds will be deducted from the customer’s remaining installment balance.

Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
